The red ladder team have been some of the best partners I’ve ever had in a home repair. They’ve been transparent with the process from the opening assessment and even able to provide clear damage assessments for insurance claims. They were recommended by a friend and I’ll be doing the same to anyone that asks. If you value customer service, transparency, and quality work… red ladder should be your first call.

I would like to acknowledge and Thank the Red Ladder Team, especially Brian, for an outstanding job putting our fairly large roof on in under 2 days with minimal disruption. They provided photos of the before and after to support the completion of the project and then billed me electronically for ease.
