Working with Steve was a pleasure! We had 2 roofs replaced after the last major hail storm. He helped us with the process of dealing with insurance, picking the new roofs we wanted, replacing skylights, etc.If/when we have damage again, we'll be using Great American!Services: Gutter installation

Steve (the business owner) was here on several occasions during and after the job was completed to check on the progress and to see if the clean-up was complete. He sent one of the crew back to improve the clean-up when he was not satisfied. I appreciated his responsiveness. The city inspector repeated twice "they did a very good job" The crew completed the job in one day. The gutters were installed on the following day. Thanks Steve and crew.Services: Gutter installation
