I felt hopeless and knew I needed to make positive changes to live a healthier life. I set a goal to lose 10 lbs. over the 12 weeks with Kate and Chase. It was a challenge and knew I had my work cut out for me after seeing the types of workouts I was assigned. I loved the meal plans Kate created for me and plan to use them again in the future. Regarding the workouts, once I got over the initial hump and started implementing new daily and weekly routines, I was hooked. I now ENJOY going to the gym and doing strength training and have seen the results. After completing 12 weeks with Kate and Chase, I am PROUD of myself and what I have accomplished – I lost the 10lbs! And learned so much along the way. I am excited to keep up this progress and work and am beyond grateful to Kate and Chase for their support, encouragement, and work alongside me. 7116 Nolensville Rd, Nolensville“Only a trial membership thus far, but even if I don't join due to other circumstances outside of the gyms control I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a HITT type workout and community. Could definitely be intimidating to those just starting a fitness journey (not the case for me), but letting the coaches and trainers know that from the beginning would help them to help you.“
“Before finding Odyssey Fitness, I could never find a program that worked for me. I could lose a ton of weight on crash diets and workout routines but once the diet ended or the workouts got boring, I just gained back all lost weight and then some. Earlier this year I had reach my highest weight ever and just felt tired and worn out all the time.I learned about Odyssey Fitness from a good friend. I read Ethan’s description of his program and who it is for on the website and it was like he wrote it just for me because it described exactly where I felt I was and what I wanted. The small group workouts are setup for me and where I am in my progression, they are varied enough that they don’t get boring and the people in the groups are fun to be around and workout with.
