“First time back since Dr. Conn retired. I tried Prices Eye Care in Murfreesboro because they were closer to my home. Had horrible experience with their front desk. Decided to go back to Conn Vision. “I had a really good experience during my appointment. They answered all of my questions as I had just been diagnosed with diabetes, I was a little nervous as it seems it can affect your eyesight but I was given very helpful information about it all. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because when it came to the billing I had to press with more probing questions to get a full answer other than yes or no. I just wanted an itemized receipt showing what I was paying for as I ordered contacts and opted to do the test where they do not dilate your eyes and it is not covered by insurance. The price seemed a little steep but as it seems it was my contacts which is the ones they recommended and even after my insurance I had to pay a good bit out of pocket. All in all the exam and consultation were all a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and greeted me very politely.“
