The staff is friendly. The doctor is nice, pays attention to detail, did not rush the visit, and listened to any concerns I might have had. I have already recommended her to two people. Highly recommended!
I’ve got to say my daughter is special needs and needs some one on one time for an eye appointment for directions and explaining certain things and this office did not let me down… they are amazing and they made this whole experience so comfortable for her and took as much time needed to make sure she got an thorough exam… and keeping her calm and welcomed….. she was even able to pick her glasses out herself…. They made her feel special and she had a wonderful experience!!!! Thank you much it means a lot to a SNP to know people care enough to make my daughter feel special and loved….. we definitely recommend this eye specialist she and her staff are amazing!
Friendly and professional staff got me checked in and seen quickly. Dr. Frankie Goolsby really took time to make sure that she answered all my questions and did so in a personable way that made the whole thing relaxing. Both she and her staff took time to make sure that all of the testing was done right, not rushed. If you've only ever visited one of the national chains for eyecare, you are really missing out.
