“I had a leak in my bathroom and kitchen both sharing the same wall. It was a huge emergency and I needed assistance greatly. I called 3 other plumbers 2 of which were no licensed and they all had a 2 day or 24 hour wait. Frustrated, I called One Call because they were referred to me by a Dave Ramsey supporter. I am extremely happy. I spoke with plumber: Rob Shepard. He promised to arrive in 20 minutes, gave me their plumbing license number and said he could start today. He arrived on time, assessed the issue (entire plumbing was faulty due to the manufacturer using faulty pipes) and after I agreed to the fee, he began work immediately. He sent me photos, explained in detail why and how the leaks occurred. Most importantly, he went above and beyond the call of duty. While working in the kitchen, I noticed another leak in the garage! Without asking Mr. Shepard assessed that leak as well and took care of it!! He kept his promise and OVER DELIVERED! I gladly gave him a well deserved tip!“
