Todd is just the best. I called the first company about a bad smell coming from my water and they quoted me $2300 to replace my water heater over the phone without even looking at it.I called Todd and he said he would come check it out. Told me I had a few more years at least with my water heater and flushed it to kill the smell.Todd is an expert and a professional and he absolutely earned me a s a customer for life. Had a frozen pipe, randomly in the house even though we dripped faucets. He called me back when no one else would and came out quickly that night (x-mas eve). We had no idea of what plumber in the area could fit us in on a holiday weekend and this was the first place we called. After telling him our issues, he said he could come the next morning, then called back and said he could come that very night if that was okay. Heck yes! Super friendly and knowledgeable!
