I used Mr. Rooter to replace my old main water line running to my house. Drazan was professional, upfront and communicated well. He and his team did excellent work and completed the job quickly. I was concerned about cutting the concrete in the driveway and they solved the problem by drilling and running the line underneath the pad. It was a huge job but it worked out perfectly and he delivered 100% of what was promised.

Mr. Rooter unstopped sewer line cleanout and explained why the problem occurred. Water saver toilets! Must hold flush handles down for up to 5 seconds to flush waste out to city sewer lilne. And lifted tank off toilet and gave us visual of how it empties. First Class Service.
