“great doctors . carla is the ONLY front desk receptionist that is willing to listen to your concern or acknowledge when you are talking. it is one lady that is rude and seems to not care for her job or others. will ignore you and talk to you like you are less then her. i went in and had a miscommunication today and left out in not such a good mood but my primary doctor was able to call me and talk about the issue! which i love. she cares for all patients and their health. even when a mishap within the office happens with another staff. overall awesome and will still be coming back.“

“Dr. Matar has been our son’s pediatrician since he was born. We didn’t have one picked out prior to delivery, so it we really lucked out! He is so kind, compassionate, and LISTENS! We drive over an hour just to be seen and there are plenty of Pediatricians closer to us, but we love the office, Dr. Matar and his MA. The front desk and check out staff are super sweet, kind and helpful. All of the MA’s seem to really enjoy their job. We have also seen a few of the PAs and NPs. They are also amazing! We cannot thank them enough!“

“Knowing I had either a sinus infection or strep, I made an appt middle of the night for the next morning. They sent me a link to register which was a breeze. We arrived right on time and were the only ones there. I think we waited maybe 5 minutes, which was just prior to my appt time. The nurse brought me to the room and did her stuff. Super sweet woman. She took her notes, gave me the cultures I needed and said it would be about 15 minutes for those and the Dr would be in. Exactly 15 minutes, he was there and told me I was positive for strep. He did a quick exam, called my script in and we were in our way. They did try to call my insurance company to find they deductible but unable to reach so she asked if they could keep my HSA card in file. That was okay with me. I'd return anytime if the issue were to arise again. All were super friendly and fast!“
