This has been my primary care Doctor for several years. They always find time to accommodate whatever I may be going through and I absolutely trust their medical expertise. They feel like trusted family in many ways, even through difficult times. I had been searching for a primary care office that was a good fit. After many mediocre experiences, I found Signature Health and Wellness after being recommended to become a patient of Dr. Suancey. I’m not sure what is up with the negative reviews because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here ♥️ I also love that they have an app that you can communicate with them on- they’re always very responsive.

Had my appointment late Monday afternoon, office staff are friendly, wait time wasn’t bad at all, and my provider Jameice Holmes was wonderful! Very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Overall great experience!

I had an appointment for 3:15. They advised to be there at 3. Got to the office at 2:53. Had paperwork filled out by 3:15. Was called back at 4pm. It is 4:48 and have been sitting in this room waiting for the doctor for 48 mins!!! This is ridiculous. About to walk out at this point.
