Ì àrrived on time and checked in via my phone. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be called. I waited about 20 minutes after I was roomed. Wait time is to be expected. Dr. Bogema was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I am grateful to have him. The other workers are very helpful and things went smoothly. Didn't have much of a wait to get blood drawn. It was a good visit.

As usual, Dr. Bogema gave me his full attention and made a careful, professional evaluation of my medical situation. My belief is that he’s a dedicated, caring physician who works hard to look after his patients well. I know the medical profession has become more and more of a “big business model” operation that is driven by processes that can feel cold to patients. Please don’t loose that one-on-one focus on human interaction. He is precisely the type of caring person you need more of to burnish and maintain your business reputation.
