Shout out to Window World, Steve Garland, Design Consultant. Steve came to the house and could have attempted to sell me far more than I needed. Instead, to his own financial disinterest, he recommended a glass replacement shop rather then replacing the entire encasement. Although Window World did not make money this round, I will remember the integrity, the honesty and the professionalism of Steve Garland. I highly recommend this reputable company!
