“Dr. Shane saved my vision! We have been dealing with inflammation in both of my eyes for over 2 years and today I went for a recheck after having a stint and lens put in my left eye and was told I almost have 20/20 vision in that eye! Never in my life have in had that type of vision before. He wrote me a letter to be admitted into the hospital at UT so I could get in with a rheumatologist sooner and it worked!! The wait and need for a rheumatologist was going on 2 years! At the time I was pretty much blind. I will never see another eye doctor after Dr. Shane! He is my angel literally! Thank you so much Dr. Shane you are absolutely one of the best out there if not the best“

They also were able to help me fix my backup pair of glasses that I was having to use that was a bit bent. They are very good people here.“

Dr. Allee was absolutely wonderful with both kids and helped come up with the best solutions as far as treating their astigmatism. “I didn’t get glasses until later in life. SoI started at the “big box” stores. Over the last 3 years, the big one at our Knoxville mall has messed up my glasses and contacts over and over - never making eye contact with me or listening to my needs on top of ordering the wrong items. I finally found Dr. Best through a friend and she’s been such a game changer! I’m finally wearing daily contacts (which I’ve wanted for years but told I couldn’t have) and she put me in neurolenses to improve my glasses game! They’re not inexpensive but they’re worth it! I got them for sunglasses as well… AND I’m going to order an extra pair without power to wear with my contacts (for astigmatism) when I need to do more focused work/reading. She spent 40 min with me during the initial visit… never rushed me and really truly listened to my needs/wants! So grateful! Sent my husband to her and he is just as happy with her knowledge, instinct to educate and service.“

“I went to Stanton Optical across from West Town Mall today. I'm so glad I did! The staff was EXTREMELY nice. They explained what the cost would be upfront and there were no hidden charges. My visit was for a contacts exam. They had changed slightly, but the ones they gave me worked perfectly from the time I put them in! I was amazed! The telehealth virtural eye Dr. visit was odd, as I had never done that before, but it actually worked out well. I had no problems at all on this visit. The young lady who helped me today was Suney. She was so sweet, funny, kind and very knowledgeable. :) The other ladies in the store were incredibly nice as well. It was an upbeat place to be and they truly cared about me as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone. Very straightforward. I went ahead and ordered another 3 months of contacts...the first three months were covered. I ended up paying $60 for the visit and $120 for the contacts....to me, that was a good deal. I left there very happy. :) Thank you to Suney and the incredible people there today! You are appreciated!“
