I walked in and had a very friendly greeting from the lady who helped us, she was very efficient and got us in and out very quickly! I paid literally $79 no taxes or fees or anything for 2 pairs of glasses!
The store and staff are very helpful. I have a problem with Stanton Optical fulfillment of my order. I ordered on March 27 and was told both pairs of glasses would be in on or before April 10. I would receive an email &/or text that my order was ready. I have not received 1 text or email stating that my order was ready. I stopped into the store (I was in the area) on April 10 (the promised delivery date) and 1 of my 2 pairs was at the store for pick up. Again, no email or text that one was ready for pickup. I have been told when I called in to Stanton Optical call center that my order has been delayed and will not be ready for until April 23! That is nearly 1 month...read full review
Staff was so helpful and friendly! Was able to glasses for the whole family in one day! Huge shoutout to Melissa for being so sweet and for helping us through the process! Go here for your glasses needs y’all!!
