I don’t live in Knoxville and was traveling here on business when I had an issue. I called Winston Eye and Vision and they were so helpful. Told me to come in, it was 4:45 pm and Dr Rust would be glad to see what was going on. Dr Rust examined my eyes and was able to prescribe treatment. Thank You Winston Eye and Vision center.
Dr. Sam and the other providers at Winston eye & vision are exceptional doctors. They have helped tremendously with the treatment of my family’s eye care needs including trying close to 15 different types of contacts until one fit my eyes perfectly. I felt like I was heard and my eye health and comfort was their top priority. I can not recommend them enough. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 Stars cause they deserve it.
Long time customer. Great medical staff. I have had some issues getting my eye glasses adjusted properly. The lense fell out twice and they needed to be balanced right and left on my forehead. One or two of the optical people were a bit argumentative. It did get resolved with a repeat visit.
