“I cannot even begin to express how lovely, kind, polite, and efficient the specialists are at Lee Company. They far exceeded my expectations, and our home had a ton of little issues before their visits: I had a vent duct cover that was falling apart, a hose stuck onto the wall, and numerous other little issues that would have required several different tools, ladders, and expertise. I want to emphasize especially how amazing the drywall patching was done. It was seamless...without paint. It looked world's different than the slap-dash, amateur job our builders attempted in the same room. While you may hesitate to call an expert like we did (we were so determined to do it ourselves), the people at this company explained every step of their process. If you ask any questions during a check-up (on their maintenance plan), they'll walk you through the steps if you're able to do it yourself. I'm so impressed by their willingness to help, and they clearly hire people who are kind first and foremost. I really respect that in a company. Highly recommend all the specialists here. Really down-to-earth, awesome people.“

“Michael and Andrew were awesome. They repaired a lamp post light and a floodlight which a handyman said needed to be replaced. They repaired a ceiling fan light which another contractor said the entire light or fan needed to be replaced. They also installed two smoke detectors and a light on the exterior side of the house, and tightened some loose wires/screws at a light switch. Finally, they confirmed the working status of a sump pump in the crawlspace that I had been concerned about. They were fast, professional, and very courteous. Thank you for your work.“

“I can't say enough good things about Tony and his excellent customer service.

My outside AC unit was not functioning properly. It's an older unit, and I was told by other companies that the parts needed to repair it would take "2 or 3 weeks" to come in and that it probably wasn't even worth repairing due to its age. I then talked to Tony and he had me text the model# of the unit to him. Well, by that afternoon he had the needed parts picked up from a local warehouse and the tech was out at my house completing the repairs. He kept me informed every step of the way.

He even went above and beyond by helping me locate the indoor whole house filter that I didn't really know how to find or change.

“We had our heat pump and evaporator coil installed this past friday. The crew they sent were extremely professional and courteous and explained everything in detail. The builder installed the wrong thermostat but no worries they had the correct one on their truck. We didnt have power yet so they used the power inverter on their truck to get power and pulled a vacuum on the copper lineset. They ran the lines and the drainline so that the block mason could easily work around it. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and highly recommend this company.“

“For the most part City Heat and Air did a wonderful job installing my two Heat and Air split systems. Five of the six guys that were at my house were great. It was a shame that the guy that came later and did the PVC and gas pipes was not as conscious about his work. He got PVC cleaner or glue all over the top of my Water Softener that was just over a year old. I tried but the stains don’t come off. I made the man that collected the bill of this and he said yeh I know I tried and I couldn’t get them off. I know this may be picky but it spoil a perfect install.“

“Anyone reading this review, don’t pay any attention to the one star ratings others have given this guy because they’re wrong. This kind man spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with me and my husband answering questions we had while we were troubleshooting issues with our AC unit. He came out the same day, which is today to check it out and figured out that it was the thermostat causing the problem and then went to go get a replacement for us. He was back with the new thermostat within 30 minutes and fixed it within the next 20 minutes. He did all of that in one day, TODAY and he has very reasonable prices. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend calling him if you have any HVAC issues.“
