Your technician Jeff Jones was here this morning for the periodic routine maintenance on our 2 HVAC units. He was on time and very cordial. He went over the results in detail with us and provided some useful information. It was a real pleasure working with him.

I have had very good service from everyone at Russell & Abbott that I have interacted with. They are very quick to respond and fix your issue. Glad to have gone with them when it was time to replace my HVAC unit. Today Peyton and Jeff did my quarterly service. I was not having any issues, they just come out and check/service the unit. Peyton and Jeff were very nice and respectful the entire time. Last month my neighbor and in-laws bill was over $500 and mine was less than $200.
