We are located in East Knoxville and lost heat for a couple days. We searched for a local for repair and saw the reviews. Sean responded to our call the next day and replaced what he thought was the culprit to our issue. Our heat went out again that night so Sean returned the following day and kept us updated. Turns out there was a large ant stuck in one of the tubes. We will be using his service again. He responded quickly, resolved our issue, ensured his work by returning the next day, communicated quickly, and priced reasonably.Service: HVAC system maintenance
