I have been with Henshaw's Heating & Air since September 2023 when they installed two new Carrier HVAC units for me. I was pleased with their work then, and I'm pleased with my very minor service call for assistance today (while trying to get ready for a full-house paint job). I generally work with Mike and he has always been professional, educational, and responsive. Today when I notified Mike, he was at my house in less than 2-hours... for a very simple prep job I needed done to get ready for painters! So I met Mike from Henshaws when my home warranty sent them. He fixed my problem. And I signed up for Henshaws to do the maintenance twice a year. My old unit was on its last leg. Mike was very professional. But with a family twist. Henshaw got us a great deal along with professional service for a new unit. Mike and Tim got here and didn't leave until it was done. I would recommend them with confidence.
