Reliable was referred through my home warranty to repair my oven. I was apprehensive because of all the negative reviews and I was even considering getting the home warranty company to get another company. The home warranty told us they would if that is what we wanted but it would probably be after Thanksgiving before someone else could come. With Thanksgiving approaching we needed our oven repaired asap, so I stuck with my appointment with Reliable. The two repair men came out and they were professional. They replaced the part in the oven and it has worked fine. No complaints
