Jason was here the day after my original call to fix our washer. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and fixed our issue with no problems. Highly recommend Southern Appliance Solutions!
First, it was our dishwasher... then it was our dryer, and we are so thankful for Southern Appliance Solutions! Jessica was quick to get us scheduled and provide communication about when they would be coming. Jason and Jacob are awesome guys! Jason always gives our dog treats whenever he comes which is an added bonus. They are kind and efficient. Highly recommend them!
We purchased a GE Refrigerator back in November 2023 from Lowe’s and it’s started to make a LOUD buzzing noise. It would wake us up at night. It was absolutely awful! Jessica at Southern Appliance Solutions was able to add us to the schedule for a technician to come out pretty quickly ((Thank you Jessica!!!)) Jessica was great and very professional!
