Called and they were able to send Bobby out to take a look at my dryer. Bobby did everything that he could and was very knowledgeable of my dryer. The part that needs replacing in my 16 year old dryer is not manufactured anymore, but Bobby had excellent recommendations as to what to do from here. Very pleased with the service. ??

Very grateful for an honest and transparent company! First time using Chattanooga Appliance Doctor and will not be my last. Fairly new washer wasn’t working. Got on the schedule within 24 hours, was given a fair quote quickly, and fixed right after the part came in. Bobby was so informative and even showed us a few things we didn’t know about the washer. Thank you all for your hard work and integrity! Also, thank you all for picking up your phones and responding quickly :) That goes a long way in my book.

Chattanooga Appliance Doctor is the best! Joe and his team are prompt, knowledgeable and honest. They’re a local, small business and the most reliable in town. Highly recommended for any appliance repair.
