I had been seeing a chiropractor several times a week for 5 months with little progress when I decided to try a different approach to my back, shoulder and neck stiffness. Thanks to my friend Beverly, whose birthday gift was this visit, I got a flattering cut that basically takes care of itself because Jessica knows just how to get the best "behavior" from my curly locks. Jessica is also a great conversationalist. The time just flies by as we discuss topics of interest to us both. The lovely, talented and kind Jessica is an artist with a big heart for all her faithful clients. She's a treasure!

Mallory was very attentive, communicative, caring and positive. And of equal importance, she delivered on correcting my root to match my desired balayage look and blended it really well. It has a very natural look. She styled it beautifully, and I feel confident in her abilities (and character) as a stylist, which is all you could ask for! Riley was fantastic! She cut my hair perfectly and I really like the color she did. She offered suggestions for how to better care for my hair as well. I don't think I've ever received more compliments on my hair before. She offers the excellent "little things" of customer service as well- offering water or a beverage, asking if I was comfortable, offering a blanket while my hair was wet. I will definitely return to her!

Great shared space. Gordon has a barber chair and another person was putting highlights in a woman's hair in another chair. Although it showed on Google Maps that it was busy we stopped in anyway. There was a person in his chair and one other person waiting. The wait was not all that long. There are 6 chairs while waiting for a barber or stylist. Great discussion about local activities and events and most importantly a fantastic haircut. Parking in front is shared and a bit tight in its layout but we did see a sign for parking in the back. Worth a visit, I believe you will return. I have been back many times since this review and drive by many other barbers on the way.

This is the best nail spa in the Chattanooga area. This is my third place I’ve tried. They have extreme attention to detail and a variety of options and colors to choose from for dip, gel and even airbrushing. The prices are great. When I tell you this was the best hour and a half of my life! It was amazing everyone was so sweet! Emily done the best job!. Afterwards while I was drying my hair they brought a cupcake with a candle ??. It was an absolutely amazing experience! I would recommend go for it you will not regret it.

I highly recommend this place. My brows were in rough shape when I started going to have them professionally done here. Now they are matching and always look great. I have sensitive skin and have had my skin ripped off at other places and they alway got really red and got the bumps. The lashery uses a soft wax for sensitive skin and I have no issues after. The atmosphere of the place and all the employees are awesome too. They are very welcoming to everyone.
I have been going to Elizabeth for lash extensions for several years now. She is professional, clean, works very efficiently, and always delivers exceptional lash work. I knew I wanted a natural, wispy lash and she does just that every time. I got a facial and a hot stone massage. Joy made sure I was 100% comfortable the entire time. My face is smooth and happy! I was having trouble with my hip flexor so I told her and she worked her magic! Those hot stone really get the heat deep down. I walked out of there feeling amazing!

This might be long but I PROMISE it is worth the read! I am a college student and was challenged to make myself uncomfortable. So, I went to Google, picked the closest tattoo parlor to my home and headed there. I was greeted with warm and welcoming smiles by Hayden and Justin and explained what I had to do. They did not turn me away because I was not a paying customer. Rather they opened up their shop to me and showed me what made their shop so remarkable and unique. I say remarkable because of the kindness, openness, and honesty they showed me and pride they showed for the shop was second to none. This shop was bright, welcoming, clean, and wonderfully decorated, showcasing so many assorted styles of artwork on every wall! Tattoo parlors are places of artistry, precision, and mutual respect and that is shown here. I have not received tattoos from any of the professionals here, but I WILL 100%! Also, Justin (a tattoo artist) and Hayden (apprentice) had nothing but great things to say about the owner, Josh, and how he runs the shop and that says a lot! It fosters a very positive and fun environment! Just based on their professionalism and personalities I will be back in the near future! Thank you again for your hospitality and open welcome into the shop today! It was amazing.
One last thing: Hayden was explaining to me that the shop is starting to work more with the community to make tattoos more affordable. They have started a new idea where you place 50 cents into the mystery machine, you get three spins, and you
retrieve three balls that contain three designs (palm sized). You can pay $X and have a full design however you would like, or $X for shading, or $X for line work (of what you picked out of the machine). The price does not exceed $100. They are starting this new innovative idea and are one of the ONLY shops in Chattanooga doing this. Tell them what you think on Instagram or here ! Thank you for reading! I just wanted to give an overdue shot out to the gentleman that pulled my van that was stuck in the sand at Daytona Beach back in August of 2020. I was visiting from Detroit, MI and had never driven on a beach before and I got stuck. I have insurance and called AAA but they would not come out to the beach to pull my van out of the sand. Luckily, Anthony Harvey pulled my van out and would not accept any cash for doing so though I graciously offered several times. He smiled, gave me business card, and told me to call him if I ever needed anything. My dearest Mother had just passed away and I was vacationing to take my mind off of reality. This gentleman fixed out heat pump issues after it flooded our basement. This was when a repairman from another company couldn’t!!! So relieved that it won’t happen again. It caused many thousands of dollars damage to our finished basement!

Had Metro start the job. They came out three times and couldn't get the original problem fixed - seriously! Jacob took two trips - in between I went to Home Depot and got a decent fixture which he installed no problem at a fair price. Great service and communication. I've spoken to the office and had technicians from this company to my home for an ongoing plumbing issue no one else could figure out. From the office to the field they were awesome! They fixed the issue, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has a need for plumbing repairs. Very impressed with this company; called early on a Friday afternoon with what I thought was a water leak. The plumber came and found a different problem which he repaired on Monday. There ended up being another problem and the plumber worked very attentively and with knowledge to repair this.Steven has a broad understanding of plumbing and related problem, was persistent, and successful in the repair. We’ve recently scheduled an installation of a new breaker for a jacuzzi, Cole And David called 30 min ahead of ETA, they were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. They ensured the best plan of action and executed perfectly. They even showed our 11 month old attention seeking Siberian Husky some love. :) I highly recommend them to anyone who’s needing some electric work done with a company they can trust. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

We have used Kenworthy on two occasions in the last 6 months. In both cases they were professional, easy to do business with and provided the services in a timely manner. The first was an installation of 75% of our home from carpet to new hardwood floors. It was done flawlessly and in less than 10 days. The second installation we hired Kenworthy to repair, redo, a poorly installed job by a competitive flooring contractor hired by ServPro due to an insurance claim. It was a simple job of one room mismanaged by ServPro and we knew Kenworthy could make it right. We called Lance, told him the situation and he sent his crew out a day later. They did it in a few days and it now matches the other floors. I thoroughly trust any work and commitment from Kenworthy.

We contracted with Rebath of Chattanooga to replace a tub insert with a custom installed walk in shower stall with a seat and grab bars. Eric H. and Cody A. showed up on time and immediately got to work. As soon as the old insert was removed it became apparent that the existing plumbing had been performed in, shall we say, an unconventional manner. Not one word of complaint, they immediately dug in and figured out how to "rearrange" things, ended up needing extra parts that required to 50 mile round trip, crawled under the house, did the work, and still finished on time. Supper effort. The final product is beautiful and added value to our home. Great firm and great people to work with.

We had Southern Roots come and install an approximately 23’x23’ area of artificial turf in our courtyard area at our home.They really knew what they were doing. They recommended a mix of materials to make a good base, laid the turfing, and sanded it with pet friendly product to finish. We are loving it. Meg and Luke were very good to work with and we couldn’t have asked for better communication during the whole process. It was a very reasonable turnaround time between when we first called them to access & quote the job until we had our finished project. We recommend them for sure!
I turned over my yard to these folks in early 2023, and the difference today from last year is astonishing! Chattanooga Tree Service performed exceptionally well in the removal of a 135-foot pine tree from a very tight location in our backyard. The team prioritized workers’ safety throughout the removal process. Their diligence and commitment to preserving the integrity of our property, as they put plywood down in our yard so the equipment outriggers wouldn't damage our grass. Additionally, they thoroughly cleaned up all branches /debris from our yard and hauled them away for disposal.
We were extremely impressed with their meticulous detail, outstanding customer service, and quality of work at a reasonable price.

Paden Tree people came to my rescue not once but on two occasions. I had lightning strike on April 30th killing a large tree in my yard. These guys did an amazing job quickly removing the entire tree. Secondly when hurricane Helene hit she caused an enormous limb to be broken from a very large tree in my yard. They worked to quickly and efficiently remove the entire limb.

Had two Bradford Pear trees cut/trimmed and Ortiz done a fantastic job. Previous trimmer just cut the limbs, but Ortiz trimmed the branches so they will grow back uniformly and cleaned area up like they had never even been here.

Well you get teeth the day u leave but u don't feel like wearing them for like a week by then your main ones are done in . But they are good my teeth look great but I have to go get them to adjust them with glue they will fall out my mouth. I know ppl that don't use glue at all

My daughter has struggled with constipation since she was an infant. When she turned 2, I decided it was time to turn to chiropractic care. It completely changed our lives. For the first time ever, we weren’t constantly depending on medication to help her go. Each doctor has been wonderful to her and she enjoys going to see them. We so appreciate the folks at Mtn Creek Chiropractic! Dr Davy has helped us with headaches, backaches, neck aches, and jaw alignment issues. Our massage therapist, Dawn Bradley, works in this office and she is excellent! My husband and I tell people that Dawn and Dr Davy are the reasons we are still able to walk around.
Dr and staff are friendly and patient-focused. Dr. never rushes me. Answers questions and explains any home exercises. Always glad I went.

I brought my cat Bob for a checkup at Northgate Animal Hospital. The doctors and assistants have always been very kind and gentle to our pets over the years. They obviously love their animal patients.
The expertise and skill as doctors is absolutely first class. I am always thankful for their kindness and care, gentle and loving ways with animals. They are the best!
After watching their years of faithful care for our beloved 15 year old dog, I can't say enough good about the staff at ATAH. When it became clear that the most loving thing to do for her was to put her down, they walked through that process with us so compassionately. Their care and compassion are gifts that they offer to their pet patients as well as us, their families. We are grateful.
There is no one in Chattanooga that I would trust more with the care of my pets than the staff at Animal Clinic Downtown. They're friendly, caring, and really make sure you understand the different treatment options available to you. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
This has become our new vet. We are new to the Chattanooga area and tried several vets before choosing this one.
We had three dogs and recently had to put down our two older babies. Middle Valley was so sweet and even sent us a handwritten card for our loss.
Something I really appreciate here is the honesty. They will not have you continue to bleed money on things that aren't going to help your fur baby. They are in it for your fur babies' best interests and not making money. I truly appreciate that.

We have 3 cats and 2 dogs. One of our cats became very sick and we ultimately decided after Dr Leonard said she had cancer in multiple places to put her down. I'm so glad this is the vets that we have chosen to take care of our animals. They are all amazing people.
Staff are super friendly and listen to all concerns you have with your pet. Pets are naturally scared but warm up to techs and the doctors easily. always top notch care with Dr. Raulston and Dr. Carter. Great place for your pets.

I've been a client of Animal Clinic East for about a year now. I see Dr. Love because I have a Boxer and she does, too, so I know she knows the unique issues that come with the breed. She's been great with my boy, who's a rescue and has some problems. She's patient with him, answers questions about treatment options, and seems to be up to date on current literature and treatments, which is really important to me. The office and techs have been great, too. The only thing I don't like is the inability to see a doctor on Saturday. I ended up taking my cat to my previous vet for an emergency because they were open on a Saturday and I didn't want to go to the emergency vet who didn't know him at all. Most people work during the week and it's very inconvenient not to have vet staff on the weekends even for regular visits.
Amazing staff and very clean place. Very professional and kind and was so good with our cat. They also took care of our doggo before he passed of old age. Always has been an awesome place

Loved this service! Our Chihuahua, Precious only leaves home for the vet. It is hard for us to bathe her sometimes and she absolutely will not let us touch her nails!!!
Shannon loves every dog like they’re her own and has groomed our pup from 3 months old to now 4 years old. Will never go anywhere else!
Comb & collar did amazing on my dogs! We have one goldendoodle & one aussiedoodle. Their coats are very high maintenance, so having an amazing groomer makes ALL the difference. They were seeing another one that kept leaving mats & unclipped toes & wouldn’t clean their ears. So I brought them to comb & collar & she did an amazing job with them. She groomed every inch of them! They look like the little handsome pups they are now! She got me in last minute because we were desperate to find someone to fix the mess that was done from the previous groomer. She was really sweet to the dogs as well, which is important knowing I’m leaving them in caring hands!! Their prices are really fair as well, we’re used to paying big bucks for doodles but they don’t always include what you’d consider a FULL groom. Here though, they did the works and It was all included in one price! My boys were so happy there, and I’m So excited we’ve made them a part of our lives now!
So happy to have this studio nearby. Just took a heated vinyasa with Kat. Amazing teacher! She has a wonderful energy about her. All the instructors I’ve had are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love that the classes provide hands-on assists: they feel so good.Highly recommended!
Absolutely, love this hot worx. It is one of the first gyms that is east to be consistent at, you actually look forward to going to. Also, their employees (especially Leanna) are fantastic!!!
Madia was amazing. I cannot wait to go back again. In just the first class I felt every bit of what I went for. I felt lighter afterwards and I slept amazingly that night. If i could go every day I would! Looking forward to going back next week :)

Kenzie at Southern Soul is incredible! Her class is intense, but very beginner friendly. My body has completely transformed and this has become my newest addiction. I have met the best group of friends and I love the sense of community I feel. Her reformer class is the highlight of my week :) Highly highly recommend.
I had been seeing a chiropractor several times a week for 5 months with little progress when I decided to try a different approach to my back, shoulder and neck stiffness. My neck was still tightening up and I was struggling to move my head freely left/ right or up/ down without pain. The Hunter Method greatly improved my discomfort after only one appt. I was 90% relieved of the pain and stiffness in 2-3 visits. Stephanie and Julia are both amazing and the Hunter Method is a godsend!

As a bodyworker and healer myself, Eric Maklan at CHATTANOOGA BODYWORKS is a master of his trade. He is very knowledgeable of body mechanics and knows how to treat them with efficacy. James was awesome! I came for post op lymphatic drainage and was very nervous about pain and discomfort just from videos I had seen but he assured me this was not like the Dr's do and would not be uncomfortable. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and had all of the things I was told to expect post massage. He did a great job and will definitely be using him in the future for regular massages as well.
30 min foot massage was just what we needed! Would have gone with 60 min but didn’t have time. Very professional, quality service.
Shane has a natural gift. I went for Reiki and have never experienced it before. He was thoughtful. Kind. Very intuitive. Knowledgeable. His skills are truly a gift. I am so glad I went as apart of my healing process and life transformation. I highly recommend Shane. Therapeutic touch massage is one of the best places I've been to for a massage. I had so many knots in my back and my elbows were hurting me so bad when I went in for my massage. However, after leaving I feel absolutely fantastic. Rayven is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. I will definitely return.

Rickia does a great job at listening your preference on pressure for a deep tissue massage as well as a kind and calm presence. You feel free to be quiet and no conversation or talk if you feel like it. I Always feel the tension of Life melting away after getting all those tight muscles loosened up:)

The therapists and staff are very caring and professional, along with being genuinely committed to your goals and progress through rehabilitation. I really appreciate their approach to rehab regarding educating the patient about the cause of the problems and pain they are experiencing. This shows that they care about the patient’s positive motivation regarding rehab. Excellent staff shows compassion within their mission to help as much as possible with each patient’s rehabilitation. This is the 3rd time I have turned to Excel to seek rehab for regaining strength and balance. I always get the desired result.
I'm a runner and Results is absolutely my go to for rehabbing sports injuries. If you are a runner you know how agonizing it is to have downtime from an injury. Results did a fantastic job of getting me in quickly and working with me both in the office and setting me up with injury specific stretches and exercises to help me recover as quickly as possible. Plus the therapists are truly a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about them.
There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with Results Physiotherapy Chattanooga-Gunbarrel Rd.!The entire staff is welcoming and I feel that each and every one is invested in helping me feel better. The clinic is clean and bright. I’m going to miss going in there and talking with staff and fellow patients, but I know I’ll be back if needed. The only way I’ll go anywhere else is if this whole group of practitioners leaves this location!

I was in the worst pain of my life when it comes to my lower back. Having found this facility and it's amazing staff/ PT's has done wonders for me in just 4 visits.I couldn't stand or walk without aggressive pain just 28 days ago and now I feel like I'm in my 20's (I'm 37) again. Thank u Ken for making me realize that I can get better with the right technique.My hight has gone back to normal, my flexibility is massively improved and I overall just feel so much better!

Miracle worker! I've had a bad back since I was a teenager, which would periodically keep me in bed a couple days, flare ups 3-4 times/year. After 25years of accepting this was my life I went to Andrea, back in 2018. She gave me exercises to do anytime i felt my back going out. As of this 2023 review, 4.5 years after seeing her, my back has not gone out. I just have to do about 2min of exercises she prescribed me, every couple months or so to ward it off. Thanks Andrea, i appreciate how you've made my life so much better!

I have Alpha-Gal, which doesn’t allow me to eat mammalian meat (beef, pork, etc). Or should I say, I used to couldn’t eat it! Wow!!! Dr. Jes Fletcher saw me on the same day I first called. She explained everything to me, and relayed to me the successes she had had with other Alpha-Gal patients. She fully explained everything up front, and what her expectations were. All I can say is wow!! After I went through the procedure, and took the time to let the “needles” do their thing, I can now eat what I want again! I am so overwhelmed by this experience. It is life changing for me and my family. Just think, no beef or pork for almost a decade. Now, that’s all history!! I’m a meat eater again!!!!! I can’t thank Dr. Fletcher enough for her dedication to her field and her passion for helping others!!! Oh, and the rest of the staff are just as nice as they can possibly be!! Go see Dr. Fletcher!!!
Dr. Susan fixed debilitating sciatica I’d had for 7 miserable months in just 3 lovely sessions. I wish I’d gone to her before spending 3 Months in physical therapy and enduring endless searches for a doctor to get me some kind of relief. Despite all of their efforts, I was becoming increasingly worse. By the time I walked into Susan’s office I felt pretty hopeless, depressed and exhausted from the chronic pain and lack of sleep. From the minute I met her she made me feel completely comfortable like we were old friends, all while she was gathering more detailed information about my pain than any practitioner bothered to before.
What struck me was how intuitive she was about what was causing the myriad of other issues I didn’t bother to mention and about my overall lack of wellness. Honestly, I feel like she got my whole body to heal and start to work properly again! I loved the visits. She truly cares about her patients and she’s funny and fascinating and I always left happier and relaxed. But most importantly, she healed what no one else could and has given me my life back, which I will remember and be grateful for always.
