“I’ve been training with Christian Pitkin for several months now. About 4 years ago, at age 56, I suffered a stroke. I have recovered nicely, but I wanted to go beyond what physical therapy had helped me accomplish. Christian helps with my overall strength but he also helps me focus on balance, movement and overall functionality. I have already improved balance and movement significantly. I’ve also learned how to supplement my training outside the gym with Christian’s guidance.Christian keeps the workouts fresh and explains his philosophy towards training really well. He teaches that repetition is key, but he also adds increasingly challenging skills as I improve. Stretching and nutrition advice is included.Christian is encouraging at just the right level. “Before working with Kate and Chase, I felt low: low energy, low motivation, low self-esteem, and low relationship with food – my day-to-day was a struggle and not fun.
