Both of our units (one newer, one older, neither originally installed by AAC) went out at the same time for different reasons. ACC came out, quickly diagnosed and replaced the older unit for us. The price-point was slightly less than the competition for a quality unit. The technicians performing the install were courteous, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. I've also been happy with the promptness of their office manager, who has kept us in the loop on scheduling.ACC is working with us to diagnose and repair the newer unit. “I just received a call from Jonathan from J.L. Wynn & Sons and he is coming by my home in about an hour to check out why my upstairs Rheem furnace is having issues. I only called this morning before business hours and left a message. Despite the fact that he is super busy during our current cold snap, he made time for us. After speaking to him It dawned on me that I have worked with Jonathan and Matthew for over 15 years, and I have never left him a review; likely, because Jonathan never pushed for me to leave reviews and I just sort of took his services for granted. I think this is because the really great service guys don't need positive reviews on sites like this because word of mouth and repeat business fills their schedule.
