I have used Preferred Choice as a provider of service and maintenance for many years. The technicians are always professional, polite and helpful. My most recent maintenance service revealed several issues and the technician, Miles, was great to explain options and make recommendations. It is reassuring to have a technician take the time to thoroughly talk through concerns. In addition - they are always patient and kind to my dogs, which is a big plus!

I really appreciate the service of the whole team at Preferred Choice, specifically Meagan and Travis. They were quick to response and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I’d recommend them to friends, family and anyone else.

I've experienced heat pump issues for a couple of years and had several local companies provide diagnostic service with repairs without positive results. Frustration got the best of me and I contacted Preferred Choice, they responded the same day I called, their support staff kept me informed of the technician's arrival time and that was just the beginning! I found the technician, Miles Coster to be knowledgeable, provided me with repair options, took time to answer my questions and last but not least very professional.I found the repair estimate to be fair and Preferred Choice to be reliable, honest and operate with integrity.I can truly recommend them to anyone looking...read full review
