I have a lot of injuries from the military and bodybuilding so I decided to try hot yoga as it is supposed to help with injuries. I absolutely loved the classes, I was able to fully participate without any pain. The chronic pain I usually feel has started to subside and has improved my happiness by tons!! I would highly recommend Y2 for everyone, especially those who want to prevent weightlifting injuries.“
