“Very nice gym - was impressed by not only all the various cardio equipment - treadmills, bikes, steppers etc. There is a pool, racquetball, spin classes .... i didnt expect all that. Definitely have enough to keep you from getting bored with the gym routine.“

“I just signed up and have attended several classes at the Fort Mill location. I have a lot of injuries from the military and bodybuilding so I decided to try hot yoga as it is supposed to help with injuries. I absolutely loved the classes, I was able to fully participate without any pain. The chronic pain I usually feel has started to subside and has improved my happiness by tons!!
