“I attended the Gentle Flow Candlelight class tonight and it was just what I needed! The staff were friendly and I immediately felt welcome. The instructor, Jasmine, had a soothing voice and was very helpful with reminders to adjust as your body needs. As a large-bodied person with chronic pain, I felt like I was allowed the benefits of yoga without any pressure to hold a pose that wasn't working for my body. I was even treated to a refreshing cool towel on the forehead and a whisper of encouragement during shavasana that made me feel seen and supported. This class is a great way to unwind before a hectic work week begins!“

“Place is definitely cool… well “Hot” but you get the idea. Like that you can book you time slot online, take a couple of 15 minute sessions and go. Secure building is a nice touch as well.**disclaimer… guys, no matter what your wife tells you, this is NOT a new taco bar. It is in fact an excellent workout spot. Enjoy!**“

“It's hard to know where to begin when describing the sacred and healing space of Sybil's studio. Her warmth and compassionate guidance came into my life during a very physically and emotionally turbulent time where I had lost hope that I'd ever experience pain relief. Sybil has extensive knowledge of how to heal the body and mind through small movement in order to decrease pain levels and increase mobility and stability. Through weekly personalized movement regimens, her students are able to develop and build upon their practice by learning new exercises tailored toward their specific needs and concerns. Most importantly, it works! Each exercise is doable and sustainable as long as you're willing to commit to the cause. After one month, I've already noticed improvements in my physical wellness. As someone who has exhausted practically every treatment method out there with minimal results, this is revolutionary. Rather than the weak and helpless state I was in during our first session, I feel stronger and empowered. At each meeting's conclusion I feel like a new person: one who is anchored, still, and can once again breathe deeply. She is nonjudgmental, supportive, and motivational in her teachings while offering a private and calm, unintimidating space, free of the traffic of larger group studios. I am so grateful to have her as a private instructor and recommend her to anyone seeking an individualized yoga path, whether new to the practice or seasoned. You won't regret it.“

“Good gracious, where do I start? Club Pilates Strawberry Hill is the best, great, work out community, Pilates teachers are great, the classes are amazing and you are challenging yourself, not competing with others.Here is my story… two weeks ago I could not stand on one leg at a time. This was unacceptable and occurred after getting out of shape. I had a traumatic brain injury in October ‘21 and was. just basically deconditioned, to say the least.I came in and did an intro class with a friend who begged me to come with her.Kelcey led the intro class. It was phenomenal! The next morning I felt incredible, so, I came that day and the next day and the next day. I did not take a day off until day five or six.This place is a gift from God. It has been years since I have felt this strong, and able to walk down steps without holding on and worrying. (the accident affected that).Cut to today, two weeks later. I signed up for an open class -didn’t pay two bit of attention that it was a 1.5 level up. The teacher was Pax she did a great job of making us laugh while we went through very challenging exercises. I had a goal of doing this level class by Christmas. I accidentally enrolled in it by not paying attention to what I was signing up for, but just craving the movement and stretch that has made me feel more alive than I have in years. Bonus, I made it through the 1.5 and was rather proud of my performance.All this to say once you start feeling your body, you will want to come again and again. How did I wait so long to treat my body to this!?“

“I started pilates around June last year and I absolutely love my experience with their flexible classes. The instructors and staff are really friendly and helpful! My challenge intially was booking classes due to the high demand and was advised to book 'backwards from end of each payment cycle'. So far, this is working for me and I have had no issues booking my morning classes. I highly recommend this studio!!“
