“First off, I want to say that I have been going to physical therapy on and off for the last 15 years and I have had some great physical therapists. However, I have been absolutely blown away by Jenevieve at PT Solutions of Five Forks and I am not a cut and dry one injury kind of patient. Jenevieve has literally changed my daily quality of life. I came in with a shoulder injury and she completely evaluated me to truly understand my injury. I have had such a phenomenal experience with Jenevieve that I would bring up other pain issues I’ve been having, and she was very knowledgeable and altered my exercises on the spot to help with that pain. I’ve been in pain for my whole life and I thought that everyone was and it was normal. I’ve been going to different specialists over the last couple of years to try to pin down a diagnosis. My mind was blown when the rheumatologist was giving me information that would be helpful for my pain and was able to tell him that my physical therapist already had me doing exercises to help with elbows, my joint pain in my knees, and hip pain and back pain. It was incredibly helpful to be able to understand and discuss things with my rheumatologist. After I received my diagnosis, I brought it to Jenevieve and she read all of my notes from my rheumatologist (and it was 14 pages….again, I’m not an easy patient) and helped explain results to me and is helping me learn how to modify literally everything to help my quality of life and to prevent the constant chronic pain I was in. Not only that, but Jenevieve also posts the exercises I need to complete at home on the app/website which is incredible. Jenevieve puts in comments to let you know how many sets/reps to do and also includes a video of how to complete the exercise to ensure you have the correct form.

She is also helping train and mentor students. They ask her questions, and she is able to answer their questions and provide all of the guidance they need while helping them grow on their own as physical therapists. Jenevieve can juggle so many different things at once, it is amazing. She is giving exercises to one patient and demonstrating how to execute the exercises, while answering questions from a student and then answering a question from another physical therapist, Gianna, asking if she can dry needle her patient, while still somehow managing to provide me with exactly what I need without missing a beat.

Not only is Jenevieve outstanding, but the PT Solutions of Five Forks is on the ball! When I came in for my first appointment, Mira at the front desk had my new patient paper work ready for me with my insurance information already typed in. Mira contacted my insurance prior to my first appointment and set everything up for me so I didn’t need to do a thing. After having multiple appointments over the years with different doctors, this little thing meant the world to me because I am still having issues where I give my insurance card and then receive a bill saying I do not have insurance or there was a problem filing the insurance and I have to reach out to the office to solve the problem. Mira also sent all my records to my rheumatologist to help with the diagnosis.

Needless to say, PT Solutions of Five Forks is the best physical therapy I’ve ever received and as I said before, I have been going on and off for the last 15 years. If Jenevieve moves, I plan to follow her because I now know how my quality of life can improve and I’m not giving it up!
