I have only positive things to say about my experience at Movement Solutions! I had knee pain that was impacting my life. Rather than choose a more invasive solution, I chose to enroll at Movement Solutions - and I’m glad I did! Dr. Tim and Dr. Jeremiah have been professional and personable and have shown a genuine interest in my progress. I’m stronger and more physically confident, and I no longer have nearly the pain I was experiencing; I owe that to the care I’m receiving at Movement Solutions!

Finally, I'm getting results! I've had SI joint and hip pain for years. The pain was problematic for me on longer walks and seemed to be getting worse as I'm getting older. Very frustrated to be told that I need to stretch or lose weight with no real understanding of the root cause of my pain.I met with Dr. Varghese at Movement Solutions. He performed a hip assessment and was able to give me a root cause...I had lost strength in my core and legs. While stretching and weight loss would have their benefits, they wouldn't really solve my problem. Now we have a plan to strengthen my core and legs which is already providing results! Wonderful experience! I came in with a pinched nerve in my neck, unable to lay flat without excruciating pain. Halfway through my first visit I was able to lay flat with comfort, and have continued to have great success in my recovery. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!
