I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth for pelvic floor therapy, and I can't recommend her highly enough. I felt welcomed and understood. Her expertise in pelvic floor health is truly remarkable.

I feel so lucky to have been a patient at Body Works. Most importantly, my pelvic floor issues improved tremendously over the course of my treatment! My therapist, Lydia, was very kind. She helped me understand the pathophysiology of my problem and clearly thought outside the box when coming up with a treatment plan. She made sure I understood how to do each exercise, and how/why it would help me. I would definitely recommend anyone to Body Works!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Eldridge! The staff was always warm and welcoming. The space is very peaceful and did not give me the anxiety I normally feel in clinical settings. I highly recommend their services.
