“I attended the Gentle Flow Candlelight class tonight and it was just what I needed! The staff were friendly and I immediately felt welcome. The instructor, Jasmine, had a soothing voice and was very helpful with reminders to adjust as your body needs. As a large-bodied person with chronic pain, I felt like I was allowed the benefits of yoga without any pressure to hold a pose that wasn't working for my body. I was even treated to a refreshing cool towel on the forehead and a whisper of encouragement during shavasana that made me feel seen and supported. This class is a great way to unwind before a hectic work week begins!“

“It's hard to know where to begin when describing the sacred and healing space of Sybil's studio. Her warmth and compassionate guidance came into my life during a very physically and emotionally turbulent time where I had lost hope that I'd ever experience pain relief. Sybil has extensive knowledge of how to heal the body and mind through small movement in order to decrease pain levels and increase mobility and stability.
