Our dog has complex medical history and she listened to all my concerns regarding his emergency medications, asked questions, wrote notes this is the first time in any clinic our dogs needs were taken this seriously and it made me feel that much more comfortable! I believe it was Kim who was with my dog during the day of surgery and gave me all the discharge information was so kind and caring and I could tell actually spent time with my dog during the day! “My poor baby couldn't walk after he hurt his back. Dr. Gillis listen to my concerns he did not have a bunch of unnecessary x-rays done. He did a simple assessment and he listened. After a week of steroids I'm happy to say that my baby is walking again.“
