We have somewhat high-maintenance pups and see our Vet quite often. Since moving to Charlotte, we were thrilled to find Independence Veterinary Clinic so close and convenient to our home. Every single interaction we've had here has been superb!

I took my dog in, Jelly, because she was having pain in her back. Every time I called this office; I was greeted by another person that seemed genuinely concerned about my dog. They seriously acted like Jelly was their pup in pain. They offered to work her in so that she could be seen the same day. I cannot even express the love that Jelly received from this amazing staff when she arrived. The Dr determined that she injured her back and prescribed her some meds. Jelly is doing great 3 days later and is happily barking and eating. They even called the day after to check on her. I'd never take my dog anywhere else. Thanks so much!

Updating ReviewI have taken our two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels to Independence Vet since their birth - 8 1/2 years ago. I have been impressed with the compassion, interest, and when necessary, the empathy of each and every employee. I know that IVC has weekly staff sessions, and it shows. They are all on the same page. Our female dog (Katie) is having some health issues and the people at IVC are truly concerned and emphatic. They hate that we are going through these issues.Recently we had a small snafu relative to getting medication for Katie. They had a staff member bring us the medication to save us a trip.
