“Gosh I'm thinking my original review disappeared. So, Blue Ridge Heating and Air, installed a ductless mini split unit in my mobile home. It was placed in my living room, where a 12yr old unit has been struggling to keep this area under 85 even wide open. They came installed the unit and it was up and running before the lunch hour. There was an issue unrelated to the install but needed to be addressed. They stayed and made sure everything was in working order before leaving that day. They men were professional, polite, kind, and knowledgeable about all the issues at hand. They cleaned everything up and all you knew was we had a new unit, no trash, no boxes , and no mess. I would and have recommended Blue Ridge Heating and Air.“

“I've used Affordability at multiple properties over the last 3-4 years and have always been satisfied. Recently had 2 units die at the same time (late July in the upper 90s all week...) Great value on 2 different brand new York systems - 1) 3.5 Ton packaged unit serving downstairs and 1) modulating split-system serving the upstairs which has always been 10 degrees warmer. Really happy with the value - especially on the upstairs unit - really efficient system, very quiet and a lot cheaper than the competition!“

“I just received a call from Jonathan from J.L. Wynn & Sons and he is coming by my home in about an hour to check out why my upstairs Rheem furnace is having issues. I only called this morning before business hours and left a message. Despite the fact that he is super busy during our current cold snap, he made time for us. After speaking to him It dawned on me that I have worked with Jonathan and Matthew for over 15 years, and I have never left him a review; likely, because Jonathan never pushed for me to leave reviews and I just sort of took his services for granted. I think this is because the really great service guys don't need positive reviews on sites like this because word of mouth and repeat business fills their schedule. Having said that, some people need a special mention. Jonathan and Matthew are simply HONEST and DECENT people and they are both exceptionally qualified.
