“First off, if you don't have pest control and you're looking for pest control please call Mountaineer Pest Services! It wouldn't let me write a new review so I'm not sure about Michael the technician anymore but what I do know is... I was worried about paying my bill in full today because honestly do I even need to elaborate on the way things are right now... & instead of treating me like I was a terrible person I was comforted and told not to ever worry about not being able to pay in full & they would always be able to work out some kind of payment plan with me. MPS is very understanding and realize that everything in life is going up except our paychecks. These are the most professional, caring, good-hearted people that you will ever deal with in pest services! I spoke with Courtney today and she made me feel like a person and was so kind and understanding about my situation! I greatly appreciate people & businesses like this because unfortunately it's not very common anymore. My technician Michael Hill was awesome!!!
