Such a nice dude, always checking to make sure things were good between services.I also appreciate that Mosquito Joe always has reminders the day before service and has techs notify a bit before service, so you have time to put pets up/unlock gates. “I used Lexington Termite this week for a termite inspection on a home I’m purchasing. The inspector was great and told me the home did not have any problems. The only issue I have is they are impossible to reach. I was supposed to get a termite inspection report emailed to me. That never happened. I’ve called and left messages without a response. They will not answer the phone. I need this report for my closing and I feel I just waste my money. I do not recommend due to their lack of follow up.The company did reach out to me at the time and explained the situation to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this company.“

“The Original Bug Man company was the issuer of the termite bond that was on my house when purchased about 14 years ago, and I've been happy to stay on as a client since that time. They've also been here to remove a gigantic wasp nest a few years ago, and that problem was gone for good. Christie in the office has always been a delight -- professional and very personable. Always available -- I don't think I ever go into an automated attendant nor voicemail. Today Ken, a manager, came here to follow up on a potential problem I was having in my crawlspace. He was extremely thorough, was able to determine the source of the problem and assure me that it is no threat to me at this time -- it was a very old problem that had since been taken care of. The technicians that come out every year are super! All in all, I love being able to use a local, family-owned business, especially one as fantastic as the Original Bug Man. 10 Stars!“
