First off, if you don't have pest control and you're looking for pest control please call Mountaineer Pest Services! It wouldn't let me write a new review so I'm not sure about Michael the technician anymore but what I do know is... I was worried about paying my bill in full today because honestly do I even need to elaborate on the way things are right now... & instead of treating me like I was a terrible person I was comforted and told not to ever worry about not being able to pay in full & they would always be able to work out some kind of payment plan with me. I have had Mountaineer for a few years. Service WAS good but for the past year it has been horrible! I have total home protection, pay each month however Service is down right bad. Looking for a new company., I'm tired of staff not begin reliable and fulfilling their agreement.

Our technician was Jeremy. He was our technician when we first moved to Aiken then we were getting other technicians who were not as thorough. I was so happy when I saw he was back treating our house. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Always goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy.
