I have been a homeowner for over 40 years, so have dealt with disaster recovery crews many times. These guys are by far the most professional, and have the most competitive prices
Each job was perfect, and they are very pleasant to deal with
The first was a pest remediation, cleanup job which was big. Other Disaster crews were going to charge me for hazardous waste for the entire contents of my basement, and were not going to replace the attic insulation once they tore it out
So i needed a junk trash out service, disaster crew, and an insulation contractor
Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists did the trash out at a lower price than the junk company, did an amazing job with cleanup and disinfection, closed every point of entry with metal , and came back later to be sure the house was mouse proof before they replaced the attic insulation. Used the best possible materials
Great attention to detail, job was perfect, and price was the best, and they did everything which made things more efficient and convenient

The second job occurred after an unlicensed contractor sanded my hardwood floors with the HVAC system on. The filter collapsed and the whole house was contaminated with fine wood dust stuck on with polyurethane
I got very sick
Again they responded very quickly to the disaster
I got a-lot of bids including 2 from different servepro franchises
The servepro guys are in an out so quickly, and do not explain their services enough to understand what you are paying for. One refused to give a detailed quote because I was private pay.
All serve pro guys were aggressive and abrupt

Servepro was thousands more. Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists job was perfect , despite the place being an unlivable total disaster before they started.
They did not want to be paid until i was 100% satisfied
So i looked around the house and found some minor issues which they fixed before final payment
Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists are partners in a business
So their level of professionalism and pride in their work far exceeds their competition
They also connected me to an HVAC vent cleaning company that did a better job than Im used to with Servepro at a lower price. Steve Silvia of Quality HVAC Cleaning was amazing too
So whole job was coordinated by Pro-Green

They are absolutely the most professional, contractors i have ever dealt with

4 month followup for mouse remediation
The most important part of mouse remediation is not only the cleanup and disinfection, it is closure of all points of entry
These guys were meticulous about sealing up my home with steel wool, pest resistant foam
and metal plates
The exterminator put new bait in all stations everywhere in my home, and in 4 months there had not been one nibble on bait and no droppings
These guys also found points of entry missed by exterminator and closed them

So their job was absolutely perfect
Such a relief
