“We have really appreciated Envirotek, particularly over this holiday season. We had water damage and mold resulting from a flood last fall (2021), and we opted to have mold levels measured in other parts of the house at the same time.. Mold measurements were high in the basement and the family too, even though no flooding had impacted those rooms. We opted to have Envirotek address all the water damage and mold issues .This was a significant project, completely not covered by insurance. We felt Envirotek's estimates were reasonable, although not the lowest, and we were extremely happy we chose them. Their work was excellent, all followup testing reported no mold issues, and the renovated room and new floor are beautiful. Not only that, but Keven and Guy are terrific human beings -- they are thoughtful about the work, considerate, and thorough. We would hire them again in a minute. “After discovering a small flood in my basement, due to a water heater malfunction, I called several flood mitigation companies. All promised to send someone the next morning. Only the Pro Green guys were willing to come immediately. They began the mitigation process, did as much as they could, and promised to be back early the next morning. Then began the cleanup of my basement and eventual of removal of drywall that was damaged.I have nothing but praise for the professionalism of Nate, Shane, Dennis, and the other guys at Pro Green. “I cannot say one bad thing about the quality of work and professional service provided by this company. They left my house very clean in spite of having to remove almost an entire ceiling due to a leaky roof. The only gripe I have was communications with the office scheduling the work. They never confirmed a date or time that the technician would come out, and he called to announce he would be there in 15 mins. Gladly it worked out that we could accommodate, but we may not have been able to. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars“
