“While we were away on a "once in a lifetime" family vacation a pipe burst flooding our entire finished basement. It was discovered when a friend came to check on the house for us. So we called Ceritifed Disaster Restoration and mitigation began immediately. Dennis and his crew rectified the leaking pipe, the electrical issues, and tore out all the damaged material. The work was done quickly and with proper care and consideration of our property. We also hired Certified to do the "restoration" portion of the project. I am so glad we did. Rick and Tony are fine carpenters who put in a full day's work each day. Dennis oversaw the work and he was squarely on top of the project. He kept us informed about the process. He is knowledgable of the requirements of infurance coompanies and works well with them, and with us. He guided us with expertise through making choices for building material, cabinetry, paint colors, etc. Another more critical job did take them away from our project for a few days. But Dennis was conscensious about getting back to our job as soon as possible. Our experience with Certified Disaster Restoration was a good one and I recommend them without hesitation. Our thanks to Dennis, Rick, Tony, Chris-1 and Chris-2, Dawn, Desiree, and anyone else on the team whose name I have ommitted. Job wel done.“
