She said Kerry Taylor was the person I need to see as she has known him for 15 plus years. When I met Kerry I explained I need more strength and flexibility to improve my golf game. After three months of two a week workouts not only am I hitting the ball 10 to 20 yards farther I’m feeling mentally and physically better. “STF is the best gym I have joined. I have been a member for 15 years. I love Zumba & muscles in motion. There is a full schedule for each month, which includes specialty classes. They have a spin room, an aerobics room, locker rooms, etc. It is very clean & the owners always keep up the gym. There is plenty of parking, which makes it easy to drive up & run in. There is towel service & childcare for those who need it. Ryan makes the best protein shakes. The team & owners are the best ! It is also very affordable. They have other locations in Dartmouth & Bristol. Take my review seriously & start working out at STF.“
“Great gym to workout in, no one will bother you and very friendly staff and I would definitely recommend the black card to have access to everything for a cheap price of $29 a month with a $49 yearly fee after 3 months. VERY CLEAN GYM. GREAT MACHINES!!!!“
“I rate the gym on the employees that run the gym. This gym is run by a guy named Anthony M. The staff is excellent and very friendly. It's clean but at times it could be cleaner on weekends.“
“I hold very mixed feelings about the crunch fitness gym. My most favorite activity at this gym is to drink 13 chocolate protein shakes in the gym and subsequently sending myself into diabetic shock. The gym is very accessible, but not accessible enough to stop my morbidly obese friend from running his mobility scooter off of a 3 inch ledge, tipping him over and giving him cardiac arrest. All in all, some improvements can be made with some of your employees foreplay, and thus I am only giving it four stars.“
“I have been at Raise the Bar for a year! I have never stuck with the gym ever. She’s a great trainer and a motivator! I feel so much better than I did a year ago! I’m happy to took the leap to go see her!!“
