“I came here for one night to see a standup comic that was doing a show right next door with one of my friends. We got to the hotel around 4pm and parked our car with the valet. There is only valet parking and no lot for the hotel, but the nearby lots are almost the same price anyway. The room was cute, smelled nice and was clean. It was a little small but did the trick for the one night stay. The check in process was easy and check out you were able to walk right out the door. The valet also had the car ready very quickly which was great. It is a great spot and near a lot of things downtown. Overall I'd recommend staying here while in the area.“

This system is also complete and not one dimensional; standup, groundwork, throwing and weapons all wrapped up in one art. “STF is the best gym I have joined. I have been a member for 15 years. I love Zumba & muscles in motion. There is a full schedule for each month, which includes specialty classes. They have a spin room, an aerobics room, locker rooms, etc. It is very clean & the owners always keep up the gym. There is plenty of parking, which makes it easy to drive up & run in. There is towel service & childcare for those who need it. Ryan makes the best protein shakes. The team & owners are the best ! It is also very affordable. They have other locations in Dartmouth & Bristol. Take my review seriously & start working out at STF.“

“Everything you would expect from a gym, one recommendation however is to get rid of old treadmills and space out the ones left over at the front window, that way people don't avoid using the middle one because personal space.“

One more important mention is the yoga studio . For the relaxation as well as restoration for your mind and body . This heart center completes the gym .“
