I was a little anxious about making an appointment (I was 230 pounds, considered obese), but I wanted to make a change for myself. So, when I met up with the trainer Will Wu (which also the owner of the gym), he gave off a very positive and passionate vibe for working out. He works with you every step of the way depending on how many days he meets with you. For me it’s only been two days a week. But in these past months he gave us (joined with my girlfriend) motivation to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally with how Will pushes you. Now I’m 215 and I can physically see a change in myself. So, if you are someone who wants to make a change for the better, will highly recommend this place to anyone.“

I was a dancer my whole life and since college ended, I always love to try adult dance spots to keep my passion alive! “Tim was excellent, caring, and very generous with his knowledge about my condition. I had ORIF surgery and had just started walking in sneakers when I received my care. My ankle was very stiff, and I had a limp. Tim took excellent care in observing me and came up with a plan that I knew was tailored just for me. He spent time mobilizing my foot as well, which is the part of PT that I think is the most valuable because I can’t do this myself.All in all, the amount of individualized attention I received was incredible. “Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“
