The service tech, Chris C., performed my annual fall maintenance a few weeks ago, and today returned to do a "deep clean" of my heating system. Chris is so incredibly thorough on taking the system apart, checking each piece he removed and then cleaning out the entire system. From a visual point of view, the system looks brand new! Chris double checked everything he does, checked each part he removed, and returned all to perfect working order. I am a very satisfied customer!“

We contacted them to replace a toilet in our upstairs bathroom and to do some maintanence on our heating system because one of the zones wasn't responding properly. We set a date and time and two guys arrived, right on time, they were super nice and completed both projects in about an hour. They cleaned up, took the packaging from the new toilet and the old toilet with them, and went on their way, it couldn't have been more easy for us.“

“Like others, I was directed to Joe and his company through a Home Depot request. I returned from a Christmas vacation to discover I had no hot water...luckily tank didn't leak just tripped a circuit breaker and smelled like something had burned out. Sent in the request on New Year's Eve not expecting a call back until after the New Year....he called back in 20 minutes, asked if it was an emergency (I said no) quoted me several options...scheduled it for 1st thing the day after New Year's day. Mike, one of his dedicated employees, called me about 45 minutes out to say they were on their way, and showed up on time. Mike and Eddie were extremely friendly, assesed the problem and took it from there....cleaned everything up, took away old tank, we made a few jokes along the way about the problems with Newport parking and old houses...quick and done in just about 1 1/2 hours ! Would definitely use them again for other plumbing needs.“

Roland was a fantastic sales and site manager. He was very responsive, arrived on time to see the property, answered all questions and provided a reasonable quote quickly. “I was referred to Mathew Oil by my former oil burner serviceman after a local oil company my mom was dealing with, supposedly on an automatic refill schedule, left my 93 year old mother with no heat or hot water. Mathew Oil got a truck to my mom's house within half an hour and put oil in and waited for me to get to their company two days later to pay! Don't know any oil company that would do that but these guys did. I dropped the other company like a hot potato and my mom is now getting her oil from Mathew.“
