“Very happy with Clean Care. I've had two experiences with disaster restorations companies unfortunately in the same year. The first experience was with ***********, the second with Clean Care. Given the choice between the two, I'll take Clean Care based on the experiences I've had with both.We had water damage in our RI home after the storm in December of 2023. I contacted Clean Care late Monday, had *********************** at my home Tuesday before noon. A lot of homes were impacted by the storm and I'd hoped to have someone out by Thursday at the latest to start mitigation, beyond the bit I had already done as a homeowner to save pictures and other valuables. **** had folks there Wednesday afternoon and I had equipment drying a lot of it by the time they left late Wednesday.Not only did they setup equipment where the majority of the damage was, they went above and beyond by setting up equipment where I was drying family pictures.Highly recommended.“

“We have really appreciated Envirotek, particularly over this holiday season. We had water damage and mold resulting from a flood last fall (2021), and we opted to have mold levels measured in other parts of the house at the same time.. Mold measurements were high in the basement and the family too, even though no flooding had impacted those rooms. We opted to have Envirotek address all the water damage and mold issues .This was a significant project, completely not covered by insurance. We felt Envirotek's estimates were reasonable, although not the lowest, and we were extremely happy we chose them. I have been a homeowner for over 40 years, so have dealt with disaster recovery crews many times. These guys are by far the most professional, and have the most competitive prices
Each job was perfect, and they are very pleasant to deal with
The first was a pest remediation, cleanup job which was big. Other Disaster crews were going to charge me for hazardous waste for the entire contents of my basement, and were not going to replace the attic insulation once they tore it out
So i needed a junk trash out service, disaster crew, and an insulation contractor
Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists did the trash out at a lower price than the junk company, did an amazing job with cleanup and disinfection, closed every point of entry with metal , and came back later to be sure the house was mouse proof before they replaced the attic insulation. Used the best possible materials
Great attention to detail, job was perfect, and price was the best, and they did everything which made things more efficient and convenient

The second job occurred after an unlicensed contractor sanded my hardwood floors with the HVAC system on. The filter collapsed and the whole house was contaminated with fine wood dust stuck on with polyurethane
I got very sick
Again they responded very quickly to the disaster
I got a-lot of bids including 2 from different servepro franchises
The servepro guys are in an out so quickly, and do not explain their services enough to understand what you are paying for. One refused to give a detailed quote because I was private pay.
All serve pro guys were aggressive and abrupt

Servepro was thousands more. Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists job was perfect , despite the place being an unlivable total disaster before they started.
They did not want to be paid until i was 100% satisfied
So i looked around the house and found some minor issues which they fixed before final payment
Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists are partners in a business
So their level of professionalism and pride in their work far exceeds their competition
They also connected me to an HVAC vent cleaning company that did a better job than Im used to with Servepro at a lower price. Steve Silvia of Quality HVAC Cleaning was amazing too
So whole job was coordinated by Pro-Green

They are absolutely the most professional, contractors i have ever dealt with

4 month followup for mouse remediation
The most important part of mouse remediation is not only the cleanup and disinfection, it is closure of all points of entry
These guys were meticulous about sealing up my home with steel wool, pest resistant foam
and metal plates
The exterminator put new bait in all stations everywhere in my home, and in 4 months there had not been one nibble on bait and no droppings
These guys also found points of entry missed by exterminator and closed them

So their job was absolutely perfect
Such a relief

“These guys are awesome we had a house trap and sewer line loaded with roots they showed us on the camera gave us options to replace it or hydro jet it we knew jetting it wasn’t the solution long term our plumber recommended Roto Rooter he also told us that jetting our line was only temprary and doesn’t last. So we decided to make this a one and done job. They set the time for the next morning. 730 am the crews showed up digsafe marked our utilities and shortly after the manager showed up with permit in hand and the work began. By early afternoon the job was completed the city inspector came to view the work gave approval to close the trench. The yard was restored and all was back to normal in less than a day. Incredible work by this team. We appreciate hard work and professionalism. Thanks again guys.“

“While we were away on a "once in a lifetime" family vacation a pipe burst flooding our entire finished basement. It was discovered when a friend came to check on the house for us. So we called Ceritifed Disaster Restoration and mitigation began immediately. Dennis and his crew rectified the leaking pipe, the electrical issues, and tore out all the damaged material. The work was done quickly and with proper care and consideration of our property. We also hired Certified to do the "restoration" portion of the project. I am so glad we did. Rick and Tony are fine carpenters who put in a full day's work each day. Dennis oversaw the work and he was squarely on top of the project. He kept us informed about the process. He is knowledgable of the requirements of infurance coompanies and works well with them, and with us. He guided us with expertise through making choices for building material, cabinetry, paint colors, etc. Another more critical job did take them away from our project for a few days. But Dennis was conscensious about getting back to our job as soon as possible. Our experience with Certified Disaster Restoration was a good one and I recommend them without hesitation.
