“I found RIKB to be a pleasure to work with. We just re-did our kitchen.The designer was helpful in terms of assisting with small details that I really didn't have time for. She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing.Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. RIKB handled everything from start to finish and allowed me to be as stress free as possible. Would use them again.“

Frankly, a complete bathroom renovation down to the studs is an ordeal for any homeowner. Just like on the HGTV shows there are unexpected bumps in the road especially with an older home. The key is what happens when they are encountered. The team at DreamMaker focused on creative solutions to obstacles and involved us in those solutions every step of the way. Also, if some small detail was not quite what we envisioned (which is going to happen) they immediately brought it up to expectations without any resistance or hassle. It included a large addition with a 3 car garage with bonus room above, mud room, porch and deck, renovating the kitchen, building out a master suite and bath, complete all new fascia boards, soffits, siding, roofing etc. Rob and his team were responsive throughout the entire process and provided a lot of feedback an ideas along the way. He hit his estimated budget and provided details of expenses throughout the project, enabling us as owners to make educated decisions on revisions and ideas. “Elan gave a prompt, reasonable bid on some work that needed to be done in my home. There were problems with siding on our home that had been put up by another contractor several years ago. Elan was able to repair the gaps in the siding, and seal off the spaces that were exposed to the weather. He also installed a door at the stop of the stairs leading into our basement. Both jobs were reasonably priced, completed promptly, and he was very professional with the work, and the clean up when he was finished.Services: General construction“

“Knowledgeable, competent, efficient, pleasant.Dylan tracked our carbon monoxide issue to a furnace in our attic and showed and explained to us the evidence from his video of the burner flame and compared it to our basement unit which was just fine. We had extra insulation put into the attic about a year ago. Since they have to move it around and back again to replace the furnace, they recommended that we replace the attic air conditioner which was of similar age at the same time. We agreed.Eric and Shane completed the job in under 3 days. All 3 of these guys had impressive knowledge, answered every question, and explained it all well. Cleaned up well.Chris managed the timing and other particulars of the job and was equally pleasant and responsive.This is definitely a top caliber outfit!“

A lot going on since our work was completed.Wanted to say initially, whomever reads this, Joe and his company are great guys to deal with and they will do ALL they can to work with your schedule as best they can. My wife and I wanted a new kitchen, new laundry room and new bathroom. We had several meetings with Joe prior to them being hired and we had an opportunity to spell out in detail what we wanted, what we did not want, what we wanted done first and our appliance schedule ( NOTE : Covid really put us all in a tough spot ). Joe always listened, took many notes, asked many questions and ultimately gave us a very positive opinion regarding what we wanted.He also recommended we go in a different direction regarding a couple of our ideas that turned out to be a much better result than what we requested. They were met with a couple of surprises once the walls were down to the studs but after putting our heads together, they easily took care of these surprises in a way we both agreed upon. They cleaned up daily, went to great lengths to contain any and all construction debris and took care not to damage parts of the house not being remodeled.I could go on for several more pages but the bottom line is Joe and his team do great work, they are VERY meticulous and are onsite when they tell you they will be. “RIHI was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of replacing the siding on my house! Lou, the sales rep, did an excellent job showcasing the product, and the woman in financing (apologies for forgetting her name) provided helpful information on various options. The project manager, Mike, along with the foreman and workers were phenomenal. It was impressive to witness the efficiency on day one as they swiftly stripped my house of old wooden shingles. Even amidst their busy work, one of the workers took a moment to help my mom, who was holding a couple of heavy bags. Over the course of 5 or 6 days, the project unfolded seamlessly with exceptional communication, adding to the overall positive experience with RIHI.
