“These guys are awesome we had a house trap and sewer line loaded with roots they showed us on the camera gave us options to replace it or hydro jet it we knew jetting it wasn’t the solution long term our plumber recommended Roto Rooter he also told us that jetting our line was only temprary and doesn’t last. So we decided to make this a one and done job. They set the time for the next morning. 730 am the crews showed up digsafe marked our utilities and shortly after the manager showed up with permit in hand and the work began. By early afternoon the job was completed the city inspector came to view the work gave approval to close the trench. The yard was restored and all was back to normal in less than a day.
