“By far the best customer service I have seen in years. All the staff are friendly, smiling and attentive... clearly this is a guideline for employees! I witnessed a nice gesture too...an elderly lady asked if a pair of glasses could be repaired...an employee took the glasses, disappeared for 3 minutes with it and came back to give it to her, repaired and without invoice. Customers came in and were recognized, it made them smile. I bought my glasses and 2 days later they arrived! I would give 6 stars if it were possible. Don't go anywhere else.“
