The service is, as usual, impeccable.The examination by the optometry resident (intern) was very pleasant. I am unable to pass judgment on the young man's skills but I greatly appreciated the thoroughness of his examination as well as his courteous and professional attitude. I also liked the fact that he did not hesitate to ask for help from his internship supervisor... Using external resources to provide quality care, the quality of a true professional.The service provided by Ms. Côté was exemplary. She was patient and efficient in replacing my glasses.Looking forward to it!

I received impeccable service from making the appointment to the delivery of my glasses. I was given quality time to help me choose my frame with good, honest advice (I'm not sure of her first name, but she is blonde, very courteous and professional). Very professional eye exam with multiple checks and validations. Scan of my retina and optic nerve (I didn't even know we could do this kind of exam). In addition, this is the first time that adjustments were made to me before purchasing and after delivery of my glasses. At times, I was even destabilized by the quality of the service. I highly recommend if your priority is to have 5 star service. Thanks again !

Rarely seen, such a friendly, competent and customer-oriented business. The quality of the resources found there is exceptional. Doctor Sophie Morissette is certainly at the heart of this excellence.
